      This was a unique bass created around the zebrawood body. A dense and heavy wood, It was chambered and capped with the figured maple. The density of the body keeps the superior sustain of a solid electric fretless, while the chambering imparts the unique woody tone. This bass truly sings. The simple electronics were done with two volumes as opposed to the more normal volume/blend option. This was done to avoid the potential tonal compression that can result with the blend set-up.
