This is the first guitar made of this particular design. The concept is a more compact chambered guitar that creates the hollow warmth of a traditional semi-hollow design. The set-neck design allows for perfect access to the end of the fretboard. A piezo system is used in the bridge. This allows the warmth of the neck pick-up to be blended with the percussive attack of the piezo. The neck was left a bit thicker, to create a strong resonance that counters any sustain lost from chambering. A combination of chrome and black detailing was used throughout, down to the pearl dot inlayed ebony knobs. |
